We handle trademark matters before the Puerto Rico Department of State and in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. We also handle patent and trademark matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We served as lead and as local counsel for intellectual property cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
